Efalex Brain Formula combines the world’s finest and most comprehensively researched Evening Primrose Oil, a rich source of the Omega-6 nutrient Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), with Omega-3 nutrient rich fish oil, a good source of two Omega-3 nutrients, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and Arachidonic Acid (AA), which play an important role in helping to maintain brain and eye function.

Ensuring an adequate dietary intake of these ‘good fats’ will support aspects of brain and visual function including learning ability, concentration and co-ordination.

Ingredients

Sunflower oil, DHA-rich fish oil, Pure Evening Primrose Oil, flavouring: lemon oil; Vitamin E (as dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate), flavouring: lime; antioxidants: dl-alpha tocopherol, tocopherol rich extract; Thyme Oil.

Recommended Intake

Adults and children aged 3 years and over: two teaspoons (10ml) per day.
