Ingredients
Lactobacillus plantarum PS128, Lactobacillus plantarum K21, Lactobacillus paracasei, Passion fruit powder, Galacto-oligosaccharide, isomalto-oligosaccharide, indigestible maltodextrin.
Recommended Daily Intake
For Adult, consume 2-3 sachets daily
For children over 6 years old, consume 1-2 sachets daily
Recommended to consume 2 sachets per day over 3 months.
Direction:
To be taken on an empty stomach or 1 hour after a meal.
Pour the powder directly into the mouth and enjoy or Mix with mild and beverage (temperature should not be above 40°C)

While taking a 10 days course of multibiotics for H.Pylori (gut bacteria) I experienced an unexpected mood boost. This fascinated me so I went on a self-research ‘journey’ regarding the gut microbes and learned more about the gut/brain connection. I hoped to find a way to improve my mood/anxiety & stomach/IBS-issues through (re-)balancing my gutbacteria etc. And so I came across ‘probiotics’ and especially ‘psychobiotics’. Turned out PS128 has recently become available in Singapore, so I ordered this and started taking it for about 2.5 weeks now. So far its been really good for me and I actually already felt the difference within a few hours after taking it: there was a clear and immediate relief of my issues, my mood lifted and I feel less stress when taking this. My sleep has improved too. And since my cholesterol is also on the high side I hope/expect this will help with that too, which is why I got the ‘Active’ version. Recommended!
